Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
  • A refund is only issued in justified cases (e.g., technical issues, inability to access the service due to our fault).
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@qrdbc.com and include:
  • your order number,
  • the reason for the refund,
  • any relevant screenshots or supporting information.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account.
  • The cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • the service has already been fully delivered (e.g., a digital business card has been created and activated),
  • more than 7 days have passed since payment,
  • the terms of service were violated on your part.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@qrdbc.com.
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request”.
  3. Provide all relevant details (order number, reason, etc.).

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision.
